All vehicles must be paid for with CASH, CASHIERS CHECK or CERTIFIED CHECK.

A $200.00 CASH deposit is required from the successful bidder on vehicles on the day of the auction.

All vehicles are sold on an “as is, where is” basis. The University offers no warranties or guarantees, express of implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Food will be available on premises, Toilets will be available on premises.

Penn State University and the auctioneer will not be responsible in case of accidents.

Auction will be conducted as per auctioneers terms and conditions. All bidders must register to bid.

 Verbal instructions on day of auction will supersede any written terms.

Any or all discrepancies will be settled by the auctioneer and will be final.

Items for auction can be viewed   8:00 am – 3:30 pm the day before the auction (February 22, 2012)
