               Ron J., Ron S. Gilligan, & David C. Zentner will conduct a Public Real Estate Auction for Darlene Hurst.  Each Auction will be held on-site at the land. 

            Parcel #1: 35 Acres - 3 p.m. (Huntingdon Area)  From Rt. 26 take Gorsuch Rd. 1.4 miles to “T” & make left onto Stone Creek Ridge Rd., go 2.2 miles & make right onto Sugar Grove Rd., go 1.5 miles to the 35 Acres on the right.  From Rt. 22 in Mill Creek, turn onto Sugar Grove Rd. and go 4.6 miles to property on left.  This parcel is wooded and lays nicely.  It had been perced years ago but not recently.  This property starts along Sugar Grove Rd. so there is no Right-of-Way needed.  Electric runs along Sugar Grove Rd.  This 35 acres is in a very nice area & would be great for a home site & cabin getaway.  Deer & turkey have been seen on this property.
