All sales are final and terms are cash, check, Visa/Master Card.
The University will not be responsible for the security of any items
after the auctioneer has awarded the said items to the highest bidder.

The University reserves the right to alter the sale inventory.
All bidders must register to bid. Proper photo ID (driver’s license, student ID,
etc.) necessary to register. All
vehicles are sold on an “as is, where is” basis. The University offers no
warranties or guarantees, express or implied, including without limitation, the
implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Food will be available on premises.
Penn State University and the auctioneer will not be responsible in case
of accidents. Auction will be
conducted as per auctioneer’s terms and conditions.
Verbal instructions on day of auction will supersede any written terms.
Any or all discrepancies will be settled by the auctioneer and will be
final.
Items for auction can be viewed 7 AM - 9 AM the
day of the auction and Wednesday, September 9th
7 AM - 4:30 PM.
All purchased auction items must be picked up
no later than Thursday, September 17th.

IF YOUR ORGANIZATION IS EXEMPT FROM PENNSYLVANIA STATE SALES TAX, YOU MUST
